We want you to shop with confidence. If something’s not right, you’ve got 7 days to request a return or exchange.

✅ Who Can Return or Exchange You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging

You message us within 7 days of delivery

You share your Order ID, reason, and clear photos (especially if damaged or wrong item)

🔄 Who Pays for Return Shipping If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong → We pay for return shipping

If it’s a personal reason (wrong size, changed mind) → You pay for return shipping

📦 How to Return Once approved, pack your item and include a note with:

Payment Method (JazzCash / Raast / Bank)

Account Number or IBAN

Account Title

After shipping, send us the tracking number on WhatsApp so we can process your refund or exchange quickly.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons:

Sale or discounted items

Accessories (scarves, dupattas, stoles)

Customized or stitched items

Please double-check your order before confirming.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it and if you do not recieve order from rider then you would be pay Rs.250 to us

If your order is already processed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled
